Role and Responsibilities

The Relationships, Event Accounts, Leadership, And Management (REALM) Internship Program is an educational initiative created to help build the next generation of professionals in the field of human resources. This program grants interns the ability to utilize their established knowledge and community outreach techniques in a real-world setting.

Throughout the six-month internship term, interns will be given a project, lasting the entire term, to demonstrate what they have learned and create real world applications of their skills.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position.
The following competencies must be exhibited to successfully complete the internship:

• Corporate Relationship management.

• Hiring Principals.

• Cultural Construction.

• Fundamentals of Networking.

• Service Industry Structure.

• Product Management.

What will you do?

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Aid in strategy development.

• Drive company culture.

• Learn industry trends in the gaming community.

• Network with CEO to establish relationships with partner companies.

• Manage company accounts.

• Research trending in the gaming community to improve marketing strategies.

• Participate in company content streams and interacting in the chat.

Supervision

Receives immediate supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff.
