Esports and Robotics Festival

The Esports and Robotics Festival (ERF) is an event that bridges the gap between both esports and STEM curricula through robotics. During this event, there will be engaging opportunities such as tournaments, informative vendor spaces, and a charity game-a-thon. This is the first of a potential annual event that occurs once a year. All proceeds made during this event will be donated to the Baltimore Robotics Center.

Offline Tournament Rules


These rules are abridged from standard Online Tournament rules for offline tournament play.  

General

This tournament will be running Triathalon style with 3 events each in of the two categories, esports, and robotics. Points will be given based on placement in each event. The final score will be the combination of the points in each event. Please refer to the head tournament organizer for specific details.

Game Settings

Every esports and robotics game will be created with the following Game Rules:
Each Team will compete in a single elimination
Points based on the following placement system:
1st - 20 pts, 2nd - 18pts, 3rd - 16 pts, 4th - 12 pts, 5th - 10 pts, 6th - 8 pts, 7th - 6 pts, 8th - 4 pts, 9th - 2pts, 10th and below - 1pts
