Roles and Responsibilities

The Law, Arbitration, And Compliance Internship Program (LARC! Internship Program) is an educational initiative created to help build the next generation of professionals in the legal/law field.

Throughout the six-month internship term, interns will be given a project to demonstrate what they have learned and create real world applications of their skills. 

Qualifications

This is an entry-level internship.

The following competencies must be exhibited to successfully complete the internship:

  • Contract Drafting.

  • Litigation Preparation.

  • Arbitration Research.

  • Audit and Compliance Guideline Adherence.

  • Government Contracting.

  • File Management.

  • Courtroom Etiquette.

  • Taxation Overviews.

What will you do?

Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Drafting contracts.

  • Reviewing agreements.

  • Aiding in company negotiations.

  • Managing all compliance adherence company-wide.

  • Participating on company content streams and interacting in the chat.

Supervision

Receives immediate supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff.
