Role and Responsibilities

The Assignment Management, Benefits, and Employee Relations (AMBER) Internship Program is an educational initiative created to help build the next generation of professionals in the field of human resources.

This internship program grants interns the ability to utilize their established knowledge and techniques of talent acquisition and strategic planning in a real-world setting.

Throughout the six-month internship term, interns will be given a project, lasting the entire term, to demonstrate what they have learned and create real world applications of their skills.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position.
The following competencies must be exhibited to successfully complete the internship:

  • Recruitment Strategy.

  • Employee Management.

  • Performance Measurement.

  • Benefits and Compensation Analysis.

  • Culture Development.

What will you do?

Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Creating job descriptions.

  • Scheduling performance meetings.

  • Tracking employee performance.

  • Managing timesheets.

  • Scheduling trainings.

  • Researching trends in the gaming community to improve marketing strategies.

  • Participating in G-Haven livestreams and interacting in the chat(s).

Supervision

Receives immediate supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff.
